We use as few cookies as possible: only what is needed to make the website work, and Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, if you give your consent. We do not place any advertising or social media cookies.

Which cookies do we use?

Necessary and functional cookies

These cookies are needed to make the website work or remember a choice you make yourself. We do not ask for your consent for these. They are placed and read by OneOff only.

cookie_consent: remembers whether you have accepted or declined analytics cookies. Retention period: 6 months.

preferred_culture: remembers the language you chose in the language switcher (Dutch, French or English). Retention period: 1 year.

.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*: protects the contact form against misuse. Deleted when you close your browser.

.AspNetCore.Mvc.CookieTempDataProvider: shows an error message if sending the contact form fails. Deleted when you close your browser.

Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), only with your consent

_ga (Google Analytics 4): recognises a returning browser by means of a random number. Retention period: 2 years.

_ga_<ID> (Google Analytics 4): keeps track of the current visit. Retention period: 2 years.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) shows us how many people visit our website, which pages they view, how long they stay and how they arrive at the website. This helps us improve the website. GA4 is loaded through Google Tag Manager, and only after you have clicked ‘Accept’. As long as you have not made a choice, or if you decline, this website does not send any data to Google.

Google Tag Manager is a Google tool we use to place GA4 on the website. Tag Manager itself does not place any cookies and does not collect any personal data. Like GA4, it is only loaded after you have given your consent.

We have configured GA4 so that the data is not used for advertising, Google Signals is turned off and the data is deleted after 2 months. The legal basis is your consent.

GA4 does not store IP addresses. Your IP address is only used to determine an approximate location (country or region) and is then deleted immediately.

Google may process data in the United States. For this purpose, Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can find more information in Google’s privacy policy.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, the analytics cookies are deleted. After 6 months, we will ask for your choice again.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookies, the contact form may not work.
