OneOff BV, trading as OneOff Limited Cars, with its registered office at Grenadiersstraat 6C, 8800 Roeselare and company number BE 1040.365.778, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. What data do we process and why?

Contact form, email and telephone

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, phone number, email address, country, the services you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide yourself. We use this data to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or collaboration.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering questions. The website itself does not store the form: your message is sent to us by email, with a copy to your own email address.

Website statistics

Only if you give your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the website is used. You can read more about this in our cookie policy.

Technical data

Like any website, our server processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the page requested, in order to display the website, keep it secure and detect errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We keep messages and emails for up to 2 years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data we are legally required to retain, such as invoices, for the statutory period.

Who receives your data?

We never sell or rent out your data. We only share it with parties that help us run the website and our email, such as our hosting and email provider, and, only with your consent, with Google for the website statistics. We have made agreements with these parties on the protection of your data.

Your data stays within the European Economic Area, except with Google, which may process data in the United States and is certified for this under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing and to data portability. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To do so, send an email to iconic@oneoff.be. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
